No single view of fleet-wide compliance — check each driver profile individually to know who's out Expired records discovered after the fact — during an audit, an accident investigation, or a lawsuit Do Not Dispatch status lives in someone's head, not visibly on the driver's profile for every dispatcher to see

Compliance Dashboard Do Not Dispatch

Do Not Dispatch

  • Shows every driver currently disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle
  • Default disqualifiers are out-of-compliance CDLs, medical cards, and MVRs
  • A prominent red banner on the driver's profile ensures every dispatcher sees it before assigning a route
Compliance Dashboard Out of Compliance Drivers and Records

Out of Compliance Drivers & Records

  • Drivers view shows one row per driver — work through your fleet person by person
  • Records view shows one row per expired record — clear a document type across your whole fleet at once
  • Two views, both essential — use Drivers to focus on a person, Records to focus on a document type
Compliance Dashboard Missing Records

Missing Records

  • Shows every required compliance document not yet added to a driver's DQ file
  • A driver with three missing documents appears three times — nothing is assumed to be "probably there"
  • Know before dispatch that a file is incomplete — not just expired
Compliance Dashboard Upcoming Expirations

Upcoming Expirations

  • Defaults to records expiring within 60 days — configurable per record type
  • Set annual reviews at 30 days, medical cards at 90, CDLs at 60 — whatever gives your team enough runway
  • Once a record expires, it moves automatically into Out of Compliance Records — no manual updates, no stale data

How the Compliance Dashboard Works With Your Team

1 icon

Log in to your dashboard

The Compliance Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open DriverHub — five live cards reflecting your fleet's current compliance status.

2 icon

Check the DND card first

Do Not Dispatch is your most critical number. The goal is always zero. If it isn't, click in to see who's disqualified and why.

3 icon

Work out-of-compliance drivers

Click into Out of Compliance Drivers to work person by person, or Out of Compliance Records to clear a document type across all drivers at once.

4 icon

Clear missing records

Missing Records shows every required document not yet submitted. Resolving this list means every driver's file is complete — not just current.

5 icon

Work Upcoming Expirations proactively

Catch renewals before they lapse. The goal is to keep every record out of Out of Compliance Records entirely — by acting while it's still in Upcoming Expirations.

6 Icon

Walk away in under 10 minutes

Your morning compliance review is done. Your fleet status is current, your dispatchers have visibility, and you're managing compliance proactively — not reactively.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Compliance Dashboard replace manual compliance audits?

It makes them unnecessary as a daily routine. The dashboard gives you a real-time view of your fleet's compliance status every time you log in — so you're not auditing manually, you're acting on what the dashboard already surfaced for you.

What triggers a driver to appear on the Do Not Dispatch card?

By default, an out-of-compliance CDL, medical card, or MVR places a driver on DND. These are configurable — your compliance team sets which record types are DND disqualifiers based on your fleet's requirements and DOT obligations.

What's the difference between Out of Compliance Records and Missing Records?

Out of Compliance Records shows documents that exist but are expired, failed, or missing an attachment. Missing Records shows documents that haven't been submitted at all. A driver can appear in both — they're tracking two different problems: lapsed records versus absent records.

Can I set different expiration warning windows for different record types?

Yes. Each record type can have its own Upcoming Expirations window configured independently. Annual reviews might surface at 30 days. Medical cards at 90. CDLs at 60. Set the window that gives your team enough runway to collect renewals before a record lapses.

Do dispatchers see the Do Not Dispatch status too, or just safety directors?

Both. The red DND banner appears prominently on the driver's profile — visible to anyone in DriverHub with access to that driver's record. It's designed to be impossible to miss, so dispatchers can't inadvertently assign a disqualified driver to a route.

How much setup is required to get started?

Very little from your side. Current DriverHub customers work with their Client Success Manager to configure which record types trigger DND, set expiration windows, and tailor the dashboard to their fleet's compliance requirements. New customers get it configured during onboarding.

A DOT Auditor doesn't warn you before they walk in. Get ready with the compliance dashboard.

Dashboard is the thing you open — not your inbox, not a spreadsheet, not your memory. Five cards. Full fleet. Current status. See it live before you need it.
